His vision is based on his life in management in the NHS, including a commercial laboratory start-up, the business management of a group of seven public health labs and as Head of Business and Operations for Forensic DNA, running a six lab national combine for a large private sector life sciences company. Leveraging experience in the public and private sectors, Leo believes his consulting and coaching has real connectivity with scientists and is highly tuned to individual client company needs. Leo has rare combined experience that covers both operations, business management as well as sales management in a FTSE 200 plc. He is passionate about building teams that can really change and enhance the commercial success of a business. His ideas are particularly focused on the holistic development of people as individuals and as members of a team. Leo works also as a volunteer mentor at the Princes Trust helping young people with their business ventures.
